Mileage Updates

1/6 - 5.07 miles, 48:08 min
1/7 - 9.00 miles, 1:29:34 min
1/10 - 5.67 miles, 56:43 min
1/11 - 4.04 miles, 39:07 min
1/14 - 9.56 miles, 1:34:00 min
1/16 - 5.00 miles, 48:30 min

So far it's not a bad number of miles, but I do want to change the bad habit that seems to be occuring of running a few days in a row then taking a few days off. The "new" shoes aren't breaking in the way I had hoped, and they're starting to aggrivate the arch of my right foot to the point where it's bordering on pain. I don't know if that's the reason my min/mile is creeping up ever so slightly, but it's something I have to keep an eye on over the next few weeks.  I can't wait too long to get a new pair if this pair doesn't work out. Evidently that's a huge "no-no" in the world of running.
